Q&A for Cancellation of an Order and Refund


Can I still cancel my orders that are already confirmed?

Yes you can. Orders can be canceled upon approval. In this case, the customer has to contact us to make the request and to explain why the customer wants to cancel the order. Items that are already in transit will incur fees that the customer may be asked to settle. Otherwise, no other charges will be added.


Am I allowed to change the items I bought?

Sorry, but we do not allow product model replacements (color, brand) due to change of mind. Best to make up your mind before finally buying your dream gadget as all sales are final. Any refund for the same reason is also not allowed.


Am I eligible for a refund?

For outright returned items, the customer has to contact us to make the request and to explain why the customer wants to return the item. The customer has to shoulder the expense of sending the item back to our office via a preferred forwarder . The returned item should be in good condition (aside from the alleged factory defect) with no damage to the box/container and all parts and accessories within the package should be complete and in good condition. Based on the policies stated under Warranty Policies section, a return request may be approved after subject to proper review and, if approved a corresponding action of change item or refund will be made.


How long is the processing time for a credit card refund?

Under usual circumstances, processing for a refund through credit card will be within 15-30 business working days.


How do I get my refund?

For store pickup with cash payment, a refund can be done with the cashier. For other means of return, please contact our main office for a specific way of refund.
