Purchase
By purchasing at Fone Style Accessories Inc., you have read and agreed to all the Terms and Conditions stated herewith. You agree to its Store Policy, Sales Agreement, Warranty Policy, Warranty Limitation, and Return Policy.
As a customer, you hereby authorize Fone Style Accessories Inc, to ship your purchases/order only to address provided. Should you not be available to receive your purchases, an authorization should be provided to receive on your behalf before the expected date of arrival of your purchase and you hereby agree and accept any risk of loss and damage during the transit of your purchase.

Will not be responsible for non-delivery of items caused by insufficient address and failure to provide a contact number, delays in delivery, and other things that are beyond Fone Style Accessories Inc. Control As well as Fone Style Accessories Inc. Will not held liable for any damage sustained during transit /delivery.
Customers must understand, acknowledge, and accept the risk before proceeding. If uncomfortable, please visit our physical store instead.
Subscriptions / Charges
In rare cases when accessories of products may be left behind or weren’t included ( forgotten) by the distributor /manufacturer, an investigation will be necessary. Should be accessories be sent again, shipping charges will still be on the customer’s expense.
Fone Style Accessories Inc. will not be held liable for shipping charges of returned merchandise, whether it is under warranty or not, regardless of the time frame of the purchase. All shipping charges, incoming or outgoing will be at the expense of the customer. Fone Style Accessories Inc. does not accept any shipped goods for warranty unless freight has been fully paid in advance.
